Staff are encouraged to nurture their own faith and understanding through opportunities such as further study in Religious Education and Theology, prayer and reflection, retreats and pilgrimages and other faith formation activities.
The college places great importance on providing the opportunity for staff to take time to develop a closer relationship with God. Staff have the opportunity to participate in a staff spirituality day each year. A great focus has been on the charisms of the three religious congregations that have been providing continuing links with the college and our Catholic ethos.
